The Niagara Low Price Guarantee

"For every new vehicle we sell, we'll beat any legitimate price from any local car dealer stocking the same vehicle. Even after your purchase, if you find a lower price within 48 hours, we'll gladly refund 110% of the difference."

Simply bring us a written, authorized Buyer's Order (signed by an authorized agent) for the same year, make and model vehicle with identical equipment, options and mileage in identical condition and we'll beat the price by 10% of the difference or, within 48 hours of your purchase from Niagara, refund 110% of the difference. Applies to new current model year vehicles. The competitor's vehicle must be in dealer stock and ready for delivery at the time of purchase. Excludes any changes made by the manufacturer to incentives, price-levels or rebates. Exclusive of trade-in allowance. Does not apply to demonstrator models or when the price includes bonus or free offers, special financing, dealer installed options, limited quantity offers or going-out-of-business sales. We reserve the right to purchase the competitor's vehicle at the lower price.

Night Owl/Early Bird Check-In

Customers can leave their vehicle at Niagara 24x7, 365 days a year if your vehicle needs servicing. There are Drop-Off envelopes conveniently located beside the front Service entrance, on the south side of the building. Simply place your keys in the envelope, write out your requests on the easy to follow form, and drop the envelope in the mail slot. Be sure to leave a number where you can be reached, so we can call you in the morning.

Courtesy Shuttle Service

Our Shuttles are on the road from 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We know that you can't put your life on hold while your vehicle is in for service, so we'll get you to the office, or back home, and we'll come and pick you up again when your vehicle is ready. Of course, this is a FREE service.

Free Refreshments / Wireless Internet Cafe

You are welcome to stay and relax while your vehicle is being serviced, and to make your visit just a little more enjoyable, we are pleased to offer you a selection of beverages including decaf & gourmet coffee and tea. Wireless internet connectivity and a 47" HD television for your enjoyment.

Valet Pick Up and Delivery Service

Too busy to make it down to the dealership, and yet the car still needs to be serviced? No problem, for a nominal fee, we can arrange to pick up your vehicle, bring it in for servicing, and then deliver it back to you before you ever know it was gone.

Rental Vehicles

Sometimes you simply cannot be without a vehicle, and Niagara has a solution for that as well. For a very reasonable rate, we can arrange to make sure that you are not without a vehicle for the day.

Too Many Things to Remember?

Life is busy, and there are enough things to try to remember without your vehicle being one of them. We will contact you to remind you when it is time to bring your vehicle in for Service. Just like the dentist, but without the drill!! If you wish to be reminded by email, just provide it to us on your next visit.

President’s Triple Crown Award

Niagara Motors of Virgil is proud of achieving the President’s Triple Crown for the year of 2000. This is awarded to GM Dealers demonstrating outstanding performance in New Vehicle Sales and Customer Satisfaction.

In accepting this award, Niagara Motors would like to thank all of the people who made it possible. The Triple Crown is the ultimate accomplishment among GM dealers, and in achieving it, a new standard of excellence has been set for all the Niagara Motors people.

A Real Tradition of Caring

In the early ‘70s, Dave and Ella Dick became aware of a medical threat to children in Haiti that was to change their lives. The threat was tuberculosis. They visited Haiti to see for themselves and were aghast at the extent of this dreadful disease.

On their return, Dave got in touch with International Child Care, a global agency that raises funds to combat tuberculosis and he became a major player in the fight against TB in children.

The group has helped finance the expansion of a hospital for 200 children in Port au Prince, in a former ambassador’s residence. Their work has now spread to the children of Dominican Republic.

Dave attends board meetings every year and still keeps active in the organization, while Niagara Motors is also an active supporter of the group’s work. Ella Dick has worked alongside her husband for the effort and, in the ‘70s, started raising money for Haiti through The Niagara Handbell Ringers and Singers, with which she had been involved for many years. She raised funds by taking the choir to Germany as well as performing in front of the Queen Mother in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Through these performances, the choir was invited to London, England, where the group performed in Westminster Abbey. At one point there were three choirs, which performed in many cities and several countries, including a performance at Expo in 1985.

Dave and Ella Dick have always been intimately involved in working for the community in which they live. For many years, Niagara Motors had its own fastball team, on which their son, Greg, was a major player, and which won the Canadian Fastball Championship. They won silver in the World Championship in Tacoma, Washington.

Whether it was sponsoring minor sports, becoming involved in the business of the town, the education of the children or the recreational health of the community, the Dick family and their business have always been there.

For many years, Dave was on the Niagara District School Board, a member of the Cottage Hospital board and was a founder and first president of the Virgil Businessmen’s Association. He was part of the group that selected and built the Virgil Arena as a Centennial project in 1967, and soon after facilitated the Virgil Stampede.

Both Dave and Ella have won individual Citizen of the Year award for their volunteer work. On the business front, the Chamber of Commerce named Niagara Motors Company of the Year for 2001. And though the name of Virgil Businessmen’s Association has now been changed to Virgil Business Association, there’s still a Dave Dick involved, albeit the Junior Dave.

“Giving back to the community is part and parcel of conducting a business,” says Dave Jr. “It’s a way of showing you recognize and appreciate the support you receive. But more than that, it’s how you become involved in a part of the personal day to day life of your own neighbourhood, and how you can make a difference for the good of the community as a whole.”
